Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for use of the Play Fuzzyline service (https://play.fuzzyline.io, hereinafter "the Service") operated by Fuzzyline Studio (hereinafter "the Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)
  1. "Service" refers to the escape room reservation and related services provided by the Company.
  2. "User" refers to members and non-members who agree to these terms and use the Service.
  3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member to use the Service.
  4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Service through guest reservation without membership registration.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
  1. These terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or communicated to users by other means.
  2. The Company may modify the terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, with at least 7 days' prior notice. For significant changes, 30 days' prior notice is given.
  3. Users who do not agree with the modified terms may discontinue use and withdraw. Continued use after the notice period is deemed consent to the changes.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
  1. Users may apply for membership by filling in the required information in the Company's prescribed format and agreeing to these terms.
  2. The Company may refuse or cancel membership applications in the following cases:
    • Providing false information or not using real name
    • Using another person's information
    • Previously disqualified for violating these terms
    • Other cases where the Company's requirements are not met
Article 5 (Service Use)
  1. The Service is available 24/7 year-round in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, or scheduled checks.
  2. Reservations are confirmed after payment completion; pre-payment reservations remain in "Waiting" status.
  3. Reservations of 4 or more persons, or when the combined headcount reaches 4 or more, are automatically confirmed.
Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund)
  1. Cancellations can be processed directly through the "My Reservations" menu in the Service.
  2. Refund policies follow the policies separately announced by the Company.
  3. Reservations marked as no-show are not refundable.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
  • Identity theft or registration of false information
  • Interference with Service operations or use of the Service through abnormal methods
  • Commercial use of information obtained through the Service without the Company's consent
  • Other activities that violate applicable laws or the Company's policies
Article 8 (Company Disclaimers)
  1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications provider failures.
  2. The Company is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of information or materials posted by users.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

The Company and users shall negotiate in good faith regarding disputes arising from Service use. If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction follows the Civil Procedure Act. The governing law is the law of the Republic of Korea.
